Inspired by traditional Italian first courses, Chef Roberto will prepare a velvety mushroom soup, classic zucchini risotto with white wine and vegetable broth, and mozzarella and spinach ravioli served in a creamy butter and sage sauce.
Along the way, Chef Roberto will share authentic Italian cooking techniques, professional tips, and plating ideas to help you recreate these elegant dishes at home. Participants of legal drinking age are welcome to bring a beverage of their choice to enjoy during the workshop.
