Mark Arts is a stunning prairie-style building that was designed to feel like an art oasis in the city and provide a cultural experience unlike anything in Wichita. Our clean and modern facilities offer a versatile canvas for you to put your own unique touch on, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your guests. 

Event hosts who book with Mark Arts will get to provide their guests with the experience of a thoughtfully curated art gallery, flexible event spaces, and a beautiful outdoor terrace and sculpture garden that are the perfect backdrop for both entertaining and photo ops. Our experienced event manager will guide you through hosting your special event at Mark Arts to ensure memories that last a lifetime.

SPECIAL EVENTS FAQ's

We can accommodate a ceremony and reception at Mark Arts. Our Great Hall can comfortably seat up to 300 people at 72” round tables with 10 seats per table, and the main gallery can seat 300, theatre style. Our event manager will work with you on a customized floor plan to accommodate your guest count and event vision.

Of course! Mark Arts has an open catering policy. Caterers must be licensed and insured. Our catering prep kitchen provides ample space for your special day to run smoothly behind the scenes.

We ask that you select from one of our four preferred alcohol vendors: Scotch & Sirloin, YaYa’s Euro Bistro, Shaken or Stirred, or Xclusive Event Services. These vendors are not only licensed and insured, but trusted and familiar with our event space.

Mark Arts’ parking lot has 152 spaces. An additional 173 spaces are available adjacent to our property.

We cannot wait for you to see our beautiful facility in person! You are welcome to pop by any time Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however scheduled tours are preferred and can be booked here. This will allow a personalized planning consultation with full viewing access to the event spaces and ample time to discuss your event vision. Please contact Ashley C. Mark Arts has 72” round tables, 6’ rectangular tables and 32’ round cocktail tables.

Mark Arts does offer black linen rentals for each of our table sizes. At this time, we do not offer décor rentals. We are happy to provide a list of local vendors upon request.

Security is included and hired by Mark Arts for all events occurring after 5:00 p.m., where over 100 guests are expected, or alcohol is being served. Events occurring from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. do not require security, unless alcohol is being served.

Wiedemann Gallery can hold 300 guests set theatre style, 120 reception style, or 350 cocktail style.
