Crepes are a thing again and this class shows you how to make both the sweet and savory kind, just like your favorite creperie or food truck. Crepes suzette, Black Forest ham and cheese, blintzes, blinis, and more. (And since we’re at it, we’ll make a little chicken and Belgian waffles, too!) Beverage recommendation: sparkling wine (orange juice for mimosas provided).
