Bordeaux has been the premier growing region for the world's favorite grape variety for hundreds of years. So do the best reds in the world come from here? There was this little event called the Judgment of Paris that would prove otherwise. Let's give credit where credit is due; it all started in Bordeaux. The world has borrowed its grapes, techniques and vineyard practices just to emulate the kingly red wines coming from Bordeaux.
