| This beginner-friendly class is geared for pre-teens and teenagers who want to learn to oil paint. They will learn the basics of composition, value, color mixing, and brush technique in a laid back and encouraging environment. Each class will begin with a quick exercise designed to build skills and ready the mind and body for painting. Students will then work on a painting from a source photo of their own choosing. Come join the fun and fascinating world of oil painting! Please see the syllabi/supply list for needed materials. Open to teen students ages 13-16. No classes will be held November 3–9 and November 24–29. |
