Imitating the Masters Workshop: Albrecht Dürer’s Rhino (Grades 5-7)

In this multimedia workshop for middle school artists, kids will learn about the Renaissance artist and printmaker Albrecht Dürer. They will create their own masterpiece inspired by this great artist: first, they will create a block-print background, then draw a rhinoceros from observation, and finally use their pattern skills to decorate the rhino in a fun and creative way.
