Layers of mouth-watering flavors & knowing how to blend authentic Vietnamese sauces. This class is a wonderful foundation to Vietnamese Cuisine. We’ll create a made-from-scratch Vegan Pho, Spring Rolls, sauces & a classic Che dessert. Plant-based instruction with Vegetarian & gluten-free options.
