Kansas’ near neighbor to the southwest boasts a uniquely delicious cuisine built around its Hispanic heritage and native chiles. This class will feature New Mexican classics such as “Christmas chile” (red and green), stacked enchiladas, carne adovada, tamales, chile rellenos and sopas. Beverage recommendation: Cabernet, Mexican beer.
