Who qualifies for the Young Collector level? To qualify for a Young Collector membership, at least one person in the couple must be under the age of 40. Young Collector memberships are not available online.
Is my entire household included in my Mark Arts membership? All levels are for an entire household.
Can I bring a guest with me to Mark Arts events? All levels are for an entire household or for an individual plus a guest at events.
How much of my membership is tax deductible? Your membership gift is 100 percent tax deductible.
What is the Vault? The Vault is for Mark Arts members who qualify for the Young Collectors level and above. Members of the Vault enjoy invitations to exclusive art experiences and fabulous events. Recently, Vault members were able to meet internationally acclaimed abstract artist Soile Yli-Mayry of Finland in the home of a local collector, and have dinner with award-winning watercolor artist Dean Mitchell in the Mark Arts Rounds Gallery.
Do members receive a discount on classes at Mark Arts? Yes! All Mark Arts members receive a 10 percent discount on classes.
Do members receive a discount in the Sales Gallery? Yes! Members at the Young Collector level and above receive a 10 percent discount on items in the Mark Arts Gift Shop. Exhibition purchases are excluded.
Can I get priority access to purchase art selected for Mark Arts national exhibitions? Members at the Art Patron level and above are able to preview and purchase art before exhibition openings.
Do members receive a discount on Mark Arts facility rentals? Members at the Distinguished Benefactor level receive a 10 percent discount on Mark Arts facility rentals.
Can my guests view exhibitions without a member present? The Mark Arts galleries are open at no charge to anyone, regardless of membership status.
Can I allow a friend to use my membership for member-only events? Member-only events are held exclusively for Mark Arts members. Many of our members bring a guest to these events to expose them to Mark Arts.
When does my membership expire? Your Mark Arts membership expires on December 31.
