DESCRIPTION:Join us for the opening reception celebrating an exhibition commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States and the Wichita Area Camera Club's 75th anniversary. \nFeaturing the work of 21 photographers from the Wichita Area Camera Club\, with guest participation from members of the Derby Camera Club\, the exhibition showcases landscapes\, architecture and everyday life from across the country. Together\, the photographs reflect a shared appreciation for observation\, craftsmanship and the moments that connect us to place. \nThe exhibition is dedicated to the memory of longtime Wichita Area Camera Club member Tom Gosson\, an accomplished photographer and founder of the Gosson Livingston architectural firm in Wichita. His contributions to the club and the community continue to be remembered through this special exhibition. \nMeet the photographers\, enjoy light refreshments and a cash bar\, and celebrate the opening of the exhibition\, which will remain on view through August 22 in the School of Creativity Gallery.
