Crave Culinary Festival

September 17-21, 2024

This five-day festival features an artistic fusion of food and friends benefiting Mark Arts. A variety of culinary and libation workshops will be held Tuesday through Thursday evenings featuring local culinary experts.

The festival culminates on Saturday, Sept. 21 with a Foodie Fair where guests can enjoy a keynote talk by restaurant industry veteran Scott Redler and sample food from local chefs and restaurants.

Foodie Fair + Talk

Broaden your horizons and explore the multifaceted food and hospitality industry with local experts. Tickets include the culinary keynote talk and samples from Foodie Fair vendors. Children ages 5 and older should purchase a ticket. Sales tax is included in the ticket price.

In the event of rain, the Foodie Fair and Keynote Talk will take place as scheduled inside the Mark Arts facility. No refunds.

Culinary Workshop: Sushi Charcuterie

This workshop is for sushi lovers, artists, and dreamers. Learn how to create food art and visually appealing sushi rolls in this specialized class. No sushi experience required. Students will dive into the world of origami and create florals, animals, and nature from fruits, veggies, and more. This is a wonderful class to take your sushi skills to the next level, entertaining with imagination and intention.

Embark on a delightful journey into the world of artisanal treats as you learn the art of crafting gourmet chocolate covered strawberries. Immerse yourself in the traditional techniques while embracing your creative spirit to design and arrange these delectable treasures into edible works of art. Chef Nicole will teach participants the intricacies of freehand patterns, textures, and shapes that can turn each strawberry into a unique masterpiece. Each participant will craft six unique gourmet treats to eat or take home and share with family and friends.
