Culinary Keynote Talk
Scott Redler | 11 a.m. | Great Hall

Kick off the Crave Foodie Fair with one of Wichita’s most accomplished restauranteurs, Scott Redler. Redler is a restaurant industry veteran with 45 years of experience as franchisor, owner, and operator. In 2002, Redler launched Freddy’s along with his business partners Bill, Randy and Freddy Simon. After franchising in 2004, Freddy’s has grown to nearly 523 locations serving 36 states. With a majority sale of Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in early 2021, Redler formed Redler Hospitality, Inc and is assisting other companies around the country. He is now the President of Mokas, a Salina-based coffee shop with aspirations to become a franchisable brand.
