STEAM Academy: The Sky's the Limit (Grades K-2)

This STEAM week is all about looking to the skies for inspiration, whether it’s the endless blue, the shifting clouds, the stars above, or the world of flight and space exploration. Learn from nature and innovators such as Leonardo da Vinci and the Wright brothers. Discover aerodynamics and make your own flying crafts. Explore a wide range of artistic techniques to create art capturing the beauty of the sky.

• Mark Arts provides all supplies, and students should wear clothes that can get messy.
• Be sure to print and sign the Emergency Contact Form and Photo Release waiver.
• Students may go outside, so wear sunblock or bring a hat if needed.
• Please share any food allergies at the time of registration

Our enrollment systems stops accepting enrollments 24 hours before STEAM Academy begins. If you see a message saying “sold out” please call 316-634-2787 to check on available spaces. Payment is expected in full at the time of registration. Partial refunds are issued for transferring or withdrawing from a STEAM Academy within two weeks of start date. If under-enrolled, workshops will be canceled five days before the start of STEAM week.
