STEAM Academy: Sparking Creativity (Grades K-2)

Celebrate the 4th of July with fireworks! The dazzling color and brilliance will illuminate creativity for sparkling, bold, and glowing masterpieces. Learn to use color, texture and motion with various techniques to capture the magic and energy of fireworks. From bold splatter paintings and glow in the dark art to sculptures bursting with color, this STEAM Academy will ignite the artist within and celebrate America.

• Mark Arts provides all supplies, and students should wear clothes that can get messy.
• Be sure to print and sign the Emergency Contact Form and Photo Release waiver.
• Students may go outside, so wear sunblock or bring a hat if needed.
• Please share any food allergies at the time of registration

Our enrollment systems stops accepting enrollments 24 hours before STEAM Academy begins. If you see a message saying “sold out” please call 316-634-2787 to check on available spaces. Payment is expected in full at the time of registration. Partial refunds are issued for transferring or withdrawing from a STEAM Academy within two weeks of start date. If under-enrolled, workshops will be canceled five days before the start of STEAM week.
