Sitting in Italy’s rich northern heartland, Bologna produces hearty food to match. In this class we’’ll make Ragu Bolognese with handmade tagliatelle, green lasagna Verdi, tortellini soup, Zuppa Ingeles (sponge cake layered with liquid and custard) and more. Beverage recommendation: Hearty red wine.
