Come to Mark Arts to enjoy a variety of classic German dishes. Two hours of cooking will fly by as you make wiener schnitzel, sausage and braised cabbage, cheese spatzel, flammkuchen - crispy bacon and onion tart - apple strudel and more. This class is the perfect start to October. Beverage recommendations: Kolsch or German-style lager, Riesling.
